Terms and conditions
Below you will find useful information regarding the use of online booking. You can, among other things, read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more. When written below, MC&H is used as a synonym for Morsø Camping & Hytter.
Payment
All prices stated in the OFFERS 'online booking system are, like all other places on the website, stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the relevant situation.
Payment is made by using one of the approved payment cards / credit cards in online booking, including, among other things, Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. Internet payments are associated with the fees charged by international payment cards. For international Eurocard / Mastercard, it is 2.75% of the transaction amount, for Dinners 3.25% of the transaction amount.
Information on trading on the Internet
You can safely shop online via our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically secured in relation to any misuse of your credit card on the net, therefore there is no deductible in case of misuse of your payment card via the Internet. You can read more about how you as a consumer should relate to payments on the web at www.forbrug.dk.
Shipping and delivery
When booking and paying a cabin, a rental tent, a place for your own tent, or a place for your own caravan, you will be shown a contract from MC&H, in which the accounts for your purchase are stated. The contract can be printed out from the website after the booking has been completed, and is also sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address is provided by the buyer. '
Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at MC&H on the day of arrival (and terminated on departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are disclosed in the above contract.
Right of cancellation and refund
Purchase of camping stays, booking of cabins and the like. is not covered by the right of withdrawal in the Consumer Contracts Act, cf. 2, item. 12th
You can cancel your booking on the following terms:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will be reimbursed the full amount, except for an administration fee on Dkk. 200, -.
If you cancel less than 30 days and more than 14 days prior to arrival, you can get half the amount refunded and this also covers the administration fee.
If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, you will forfeit the entire amount paid.
Registration of information
MC&H registers your name, address, e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer directory. The information is not disclosed, but MC&H retains the registration for 5 years. MC&H uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to create the security of the information you provide on the page. When paying by credit card, the registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet.
Complaints Processing
If for some reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address or use the telephone number under company information. Complaints about the booking process, the actual booking or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error in the ordinary review of your contract. Two years after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain pursuant to section 83 (2) of the Danish Sale of Goods Act ceases. 1, unless otherwise agreed. In addition, there is the opportunity to appeal to the Consumer Complaints Board at www.forbrug.dk.
